When I first came up with the idea to travel around Britain as preparation for my attempt at the UK Citizenship Test I had no idea what an unruly beast it would become.
It has been nigh on impossible to wrestle all the offers, suggestions and tips sent in by you guys into a manageable itinerary.
The result is that I’ve been buzzing around the country like a Blue-Arsed Fly.
I’ve seen a lot. Done a lot. Drunk a lot of local ales. But I’ve still got a hell of a lot more to do.
I’ve booked in to do my test towards the end of February.
The idea is that I’ll head up to the top of the country and zig-zag my way back down as a kind of revision course.
So if you contacted me and I haven’t heard back yet, expect an email, text message or a knock on the door from me soon.
If you can’t accommodate me, don’t worry. I know a lot has probably changed in the nine months since I first sent out the call. It certainly has in my life.
If you can – great!
I look forward to meeting you.
This is where you'll find everything you need to know about me and my books.
