Quadrophenia Phil that is. Not the clod-footed incarnation who appeared fleetingly on Strictly Come Dancing.
I was in Brighton – briefly – the past two days as a kind of pre-trip jaunt. Last night it was the Lewes Bonfire night celebrations with the lovely Genea. This morning a misty ride-out with Phil Jones from Vroom by the Sea, checking out all the sites made famous by Phil Daniels and his GS150 in Quadrophenia.
As I said, it was a flying visit and I’ll be back in Brighton towards the end of the trip to catch up with all the other Brightonians who emailed me and have a real good look around.
The trip itself starts tomorrow. And if it’s anything like my flying visit to Brighton everything is going to work out Calvin Klien.
