The Haircut/Event Nexus

I just got my hair cut. I’m giving a travel workshop in Lincoln on Saturday.

See what I’m talking about, Australian Tax Office?

Maybe you should email Cherie Blair; she seems to be an expert on tonsorial funding techniques.

What’s your beef Peter? You seem a tad upset?
Don’t despair – tonight is the final of the Apprentice, thats something nice to look forward to

Hah! No, I’m just joking! More a dig at my accountant who sensibly removes my more audacious claims before sending of my tax form to the ATO.

Re: The Apprentice. Who do you reckon will win? I think the Badger should but I get the feeling it wil be the blonde, mainly because she has the more tragic back story and ‘came from nothing.’

Mate – I can’t believe I didn’t see your reply until this morning .. I also can’t believe the Badger lost!

What’s with Michelle – she is so unbelievably dull! She hasn’t done anything over the past 12 weeks to inspire me. Its proof that good looks get you everywhere in this world – or is that a bit harsh?

Regardless, I think the Badger was robbed! Ruth has a really nice balance about her, shes determined, and ambitious but she also has some personality unlike Michelle who has absolutely no character whatsoever – she’s proven that by taking Sayed as a lover.

Its all a big con anyway – I read in the news this morning that Alan Sugar has offered Ruth a job at Amstrad anyway – and Ansell has one too. It may not be the £100K job that was on offer but its still a job.

    What a crock!

I do like the idea of claiming the cost of a haircut on expenses, a la Mrs Blair (although I somehow doubt that my bill would me as much as hers). If someone senior to me were to tell me I had to go and get one, would it be worth trying to claim it on expenses?
