Now it's bloody Tom Moore!

I arrived at the University of York last night to find the campus plastered with posters for another Moore – this time a guy called Tom.

It’s election time at the uni, you see, and Tom’s campaigning to become A U President. (Judging by his policies, I’m guessing that the AU stands for Athletic Union.)

Tom’s distinctive green posters were everywhere and I half expected my talk to be full of people wanting hilarious tales from my time as Badminton Club Treasurer or asking questions about how exactly I’d increase the use of internal coaches and referees to curb club expenditures.

It turned out there was only one.
