Just a quick note to let you guys know that there’s an interview with me on a website called Vagabonding. In it I explain how the Isreali/Palestinian conflict can be finally resolved and announce that I have developed a cheap and clean energy source to replace oil.
OK, that’s not true. All I do is talk about how I got started in this crazy industry and give some pertinent advice for others wishing to do the same. I’m saving the secrets of world peace and renewable energy until Time or Newsweek want to interview me.
You’ll find the interview here >>>
This is where you'll find everything you need to know about me and my books.
Thanks for the link … great site, Mr Moore.
“I’d self-financed a big trip around the Equator and written a book, but nobody wanted it”
Any plans to get this book published eventually?
Hi Matt,
Funny you should ask. My agent is going to pitch it to my publishers soon as a ‘lost classic’. I hope they go for it – it was a great adventure, very much in the vein of The Wrong Way Home. I had a look at the manuscript recently and while it needs a bit of work I was surprisingly pleased with it.
In related news a TV company recently asked me if I’d like to do the trip again with a camera guy in tow. I said it’d be fun but don’t hold out much hope of it happening.
Hi Peter,
That sounds like an incredible trip. Was that the same one where you spent six weeks going down the Zairi river?
Anyone we can pester for you to try and get it published!
Cheers,
Adam
